Small-Batch Smelting
We use furnaces of ≤5 tons per batch, unlike other manufacturers using 15–20 ton large furnaces. Large furnace centrifugal atomization takes too long, causing temperature fluctuations that compromise quality consistency between early and late output. Our small-batch smelting guarantees uniform quality throughout every batch.
Single-Batch Tempering
Each tempering cycle processes only one grade and ≤1 ton — unlike continuous tempering that mixes multiple grades in bulk. Advantages: more uniform hardness, cleaner and brighter surface finish, more precise particle size control, and easier customization (e.g., specialty hardness or particle size requirements).
Single-Batch Secondary Quenching
Each quenching cycle handles ≤1 ton of a single grade — unlike continuous quenching where multiple grades totaling over 10 tons are processed at one temperature for one duration. Advantages: precise temperature control (different particle sizes require different quenching temperatures), accurate timing control, and crucially, low-volume batches ensure every single particle is uniformly heated — eliminating inconsistent quenching results within the same batch.
Proprietary Rounding Technology
We apply grade-specific parameters on dedicated rounding machines, achieving far fewer irregular shapes (twin particles, tails, etc.) compared to competitors who process all sizes through a single rounding machine.
Multi-Stage Air Classification
Unlike conventional single-pass air classification, our multi-stage process effectively reduces the hollow shot rate, resulting in denser, more durable products.
Multi-Stage Sieving
Our three-tier sieving system (primary → secondary → precision) delivers tighter particle size distribution, meeting the most demanding customer specifications for particle accuracy.

Small-Size Shot Capacity
Our proprietary centrifugal forming process yields significantly more sub-0.5mm (S170 and below) steel shot compared to competitors. Process parameters can be adjusted on demand to flexibly switch between large and small shot production.

We ship via 20ft and 40ft containers, with typical loading of 25-27 tons per 20ft container. For urgent orders, we can arrange air freight or rail-to-sea multimodal transport.
